Vincent's Breeze Shiraz

Rich aromas of black cherry and ripe plum with lifted red fruits, hints of fresh herbs and savoury oak-derived vanillin spice.

Medium to full-bodied with dark fruit flavours, hints of wild herb and cedar. A perfectly balanced wine with generous fruit flavours and velvety tannins.

Winemaking:
De-stemmed to open fermenters and fermented on skins for 10 days with gentle plunging 3 times daily.

Pressed directly to oak to finish secondary fermentation. Matured for 12 months in 10% new and 90% seasoned French oak.
